Two Hearts That Join Together In Harmony

I love you because you have no expectations of me,

yet, never allowing me to be anyone, but my own self

never enabling me to be just the person I am.

Always giving me the freedom to be

never changing who I am,

or directing my steps,

but always giving me the choice to be in your life

or walk away.

A man that knows what he wants and goes

after what he wants, without any fears or doubts in

his mind.

A man that stays true to himself,

never backing down from his own

path in life.

A man that stands for something

instead of the nothingness in life.

A man that never abuses me, or uses

me for his own gain, but enjoys the

beauty of my soul.

A man that never falls into the victim hood

,but makes me laugh and smile

uplifting my spirits when we meet.

A man that is a friend at heart,

my companion.

If we were children we would never

fall victim to fears or worries,

but always find joy in each others company.

We would never think about whether something

was right or wrong.

We would just play in the sand

feeling the sun shine down on us.

Every moment I am grateful for your presence and existence.

The joy of sharing and experiencing the moment

never asking anything from one another.

No expectations, or demands.

Never controlling the outcome,

but only letting it play out moment by moment

as it comes playing it's own beautiful melody.

Elegantly we play the soft music of our hearts

as we dance to the rhythm and beating of our own

hearts, never wavering or limiting ourselves.

A treasure from heaven you are,

a gift and blessing from God,

although we never know how the story

may end, it's the love notes that we play along

the way that matters the most.

Does it have to have any negative implications,

does it ever have to be any more or less than what it is

right now?

I would never change who you are, nor ask you

to be anything else.

The gracefulness of your steps, they go where

ever it is you shall go in the moment.

Everything comes and goes in life in it's due time,

whether it is by fate that we have met, or if it is our destiny,

it is what it is in the moment as our two worlds collide.

Love is never to be bargained with, nor to be allowed to fade away.

Finely tuned with it strings that tighten so briskly as it holds the

tempo and beat of our two hearts strings.

Intermingling with love, it would never be complete without

the luxury of two hearts that join together in harmony.

I think this demonstrates the kind of love that we all seek not just in intimate relationships with a partner or spouse, but also with friends and family. If we could just meet people where they are instead of imposing on them expectations of who they ought to or should be in our lives. We need to realise when we allow others to just be without interfering in their lives or spiritual or personal growth than we have truly learned to love without judgement.
