Some how you found the way to my heart
so gentle the grace you keep.

you are as you look after my soul
making every dream come true.
It has always been the simple things
we keep inside as we find the right
words to say.
Somehow all the waiting has been
a test of patience holding the keys
to unconditionally loving you just
for who you are never allowing our
differences tear us apart.
Sweet lovely boy of my heart how did
you become so smart?
Always pulling me through the victories.
Impatient I see, never wanting to wait
but we know it's all worth it, as
we wait patiently.
Simply learning to decipher what
way we've had to travel through this
world even though at times it seems
so dark.
Holding my hand guiding my way
cautious with everything.
Wise in your own heart never allowing
my heart to end up in the wrong places.
Sweet lovely boy of my heart
I love being where ever you are.
I knew there was a good reason
I loved you from the start.
