A Cup Of Love

A cup of Love a day heals the heart and soul! Think of that if we filled our heart with a cup of love each day, and had another to give a way, what would happen to us? If we fill our hearts and souls with love affirmations every day, or love quotes, or even love poems, our heart begins to feel happier and more fulfilled.

A cup of love gives peace within in ourselves, joy in laughing, and freedom to be ourselves. We often view ourselves seperated from our lovers or don't have a partner. Yet we are never seperated by God's love. If you could imagine God's love surrounding you everyday, where ever you are, no matter what you're doing you will understand you will feel differently. Love is every where if you let yourself feel it and open your heart up to it.

What is it to be loved? Can you imagine the feeling of it, the excitement, the joy, and the bliss. Have you ever thought back at a time you really felt that love in your heart from someone, and try to remember what it feels like? When you do, hold on to that memory. The fact is we are loved, so very loved, and we have to be love, before people can love us.

People notice if we are unhappy or depressed. They know by the words we use, the actions, the behaviors. We say we are not, yet our actions are showing something else. The more you learn about love whether its through prayer, meditation, affirmations, a good book on love, movie, or documentary we learn something new about what love is. It's amazing how we forget so fast in this world, we get so busy, and forget to tell someone that we love them. We don't hear it enough, and don't express it enough. Yet there is a world out there filled with people that are willing to love us, and we have so much love to give.

A cup of love a day keeps the doctor away! There are so many health benefits to love, and even a pet animal can reduce your stress, and love you back. There are many opportunities to share love in the world we just choose not to walk into them.
